MICKEY'S VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS

TO GO OR NOT TO GO? THIS IS OUR FIRST TRIP TO WDW(DEC 4-11), AND I DIDN'T KNOW IF WE SHOULD WE DO THIS? MY KIDS ARE 6 AND 9 AND WE'VE NEVER DONE A TRIP LIKE THIS BEFORE. WE'RE STAYING AT THE POP AFTER TALKING TO FRIENDS WHO I SWEAR ARE, UPON ARRIVAL, GREETED BY MICKEY HIMSELF BECAUSE THEY GO SO MUCH. I REALLY LIKED THE IDEA OF THE PARK BEING OPEN LATER. WE PLAN ON GOING TO ANIMAL KINGDOM IN THE A.M., GO BACK TO OUR ROOM, AND BE READY TO GO TO THE MK IN THE LATE AFTERNOON FOR AN EVENING FULL OF FESTIVITIES. WHAT DO YOU THINK? THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP!

It's a great idea but it's a very long day for kids 6 & 9. MVMCP is a separate ticket btw

If you can afford the extra $$$ for the MVMCP tickets, and if you can really take a break that afternoon, I'd say go for it. I agree that will be a super-long day for all of you. A midday break in your room is a must (try to nap if you can!), and I'd suggest sleeping in the next morning, too.

MVMCP is loads of fun if you are rested and are willing/able to pay the extra cost for the tickets-but you can experience most of what you find at MVMCP just being in the parks during regular hours. Read up on what is offered and you can decide if it is worth it.

Sorry about writing in all CAPS. It was brought to my attention that it's rude. I apologize!
