WAHOOO!!! 30th Anniversary dinner at V&As!!!
Destination: Walt Disney World!!!
Date: December 6-9, 2008
Adventurers: Me, NanaTink, DH Sulley, both 50 by then!
Resort/Hotel: Grand Floridian Royal Palm Club
Celebration: 30 years of wedded bliss on 8 December to my best friend, see the Christmas decorations, do MVMCP
Meetings: Would love to meet anyone there.....Jookiba appears to possibly be "next door" at the Poly while we are there...just a short monorail ride away! anyone else interested, PM me, or just look for the tall blond guy with the short dark-haired woman. I'll have my PP pouch...please say hi!

Adventurers: Me (my 5 or 6th trip - only the second since 1989), My husband (second time), DD14 (2nd trip), DS7 (2nd trip) and DS5 (2nd trip)
Resort/Hotel: Polynesian!
Celebration: Family vacation. We originally planned on late 2010 but I kept moving it up because I can't wait that long.
Meetings: ? Maybe the Mousefest Dessert thing. Not sure yet...still early in the planning stages

Dates: possible!!! Dec 12th-dec 19th

Travelers: Me (23 at time of trip) about 30th trip, Boyfriend Nick 30 at time of trip 3rd trip, Mom, Debbie, 52 at time of trip, and Dad, Walter, 58 at time of trip. Been 7yrs by time of trip since debbie and walter have been.Their last trip was Nov '01.

Resort: not booked yet but considering All star Music Suites or Coronado Springs Suite

Celebration: Leaving on my 23rd bday and the 16th 30th wedding anniversary for mom and dad.

Meetings: visiting all parks,Blizzard Beach ( 1st time), Downtown Disney (1st time), plus universal and Busch gardens.

Celebration: To see WDW at Christmas time. Plus our last trip was April 2005

Super Tentative for me, but HOPING!!! I want to go in early Dec for 2-3 nights so I can do MVMCP. Might be a solo trip. Depends on airfare specials and if I can get a room (DVC). This will be a last minute trip, but keeping my fingers crossed that everything falls into place. Last year I could have done it for 2 nights (found great airfare!) but was too chicken to go alone. If the opportunity arises again, I am THERE!

Will be hosting the 3rd Annual Ornament Exchange (Will be in the MK again Time/Date/LocationTBA.

2007 was all about WDW and this year, DH picked our holiday vacation. I would have thought myself crazy to take kids to Vegas, but after we tried in '05- we realized how much there was to do there besides gamble and drink. There is a whole city out there.
I know it cant compare to the magic I had only two months ago (I havent written a trip report- someone shake their finger at me) but I really enjoy getting out of town for the holidays.
