Hi, this will be our second cruise, our first aboard the Magic.
It will be me, DH, DDs 8&9 (time of sailing) and my mom 61 (her first cruise)
with one night and 2 days at Disney, my mom has never been to WDW either.
Hope someone out there will be with us :-)

Scot are you traveling with anyone? We too are flying out the day before...going out of ORD mid afernoon. We live in the NW suburbs.
We decided to book 2 nights after the cruise at the Dolphin. My mom has never been to WDW and the kids don't know we are going for a few nights. Just hope I can keep a secret.

Will be at the Dolphin for 2 nights. We looked at the Poly, which we loved but we were able to get 2 rooms for a good deal at the Dolphin. My mom has never been on a cruise or any Disney vacation. Hope she enjoys it. From looking at the Disboards and here, there will be some people traveling with or without grandkids on this cruise. Tried talking my MIL into going but no, I knew she wouldn't. It's getting close. At least I got my Passporter to get my fix :-)

I am booked for the 12/5/09 St. Croix itinerary, and I am staying at AKL - Jambo House the day before, and AKL - Kidani Village the 12th and 13th, after the cruise.

It will just be myself on this cruise. I hope to see everyone there!!

Yes. It is just myself. I will be flying out of MDW on 12/4 and staying at AKL - Jambo House the night before.

I will keep in touch until then. Have they found out about the WDW portion yet?

My girls have not found out about WDW yet. It is so hard to keep
something so exciting a secret. I can't believe we are only 4 1/2
months away. We got something in the mail from DCL a few weeks
ago, which means the time is near. Hope everyone is having a nice
summer.

Getting close! Everyone ready to book excursions???
For those that love to snorkel, I can recommend the Doubloon sail and snorkel. We had an awesome time on it on our last Eastern Caribbean cruise! We swam with sea turtles and it was GORGEOUS!!!

Can't wait!!! (is WDW still a secret?)

Does anyone have any idea what kind of holiday decorations, events or special programs that DCL does this time of year? I am starting to get excited as the booking window for shore excursions, etc. draws near!

Also, does anyone have room at their table for a single person? I would appreciate sitting with some of the great folks I have met here. I hope to get the chance to meet all of you, then.

Letting everyone know that we are now going to tortola instead of st. croix. If you log onto your reservation through DCL you will see the change.
