| A camera question Hey Bill or Rob I need your expertice, (sp?) Anywho, my digital camera seems to have taken a turn for the worse on me. Everytime I take a picture when it shows the pic after you take it its all fuzzy and has lines and stuff. You can barely see the picture. What can be causing this? Is it something as simple as the memory card has just finally bit the dust? I changed the batteries and that didn't do anything. Could a new camera be in the works for me for Mother's Day? |

| It may just be the viewfinder has gone bad. Have you tried downloading the pictures to your computer and viewing them from there?

| OK... sounds like you need a new camera then. Something must have happened to your image-capturing lens, etc.

| The only suggestion I have is to take the batteries out of the camera overnight (at least 12 hours). This causes the camera to reset everything and clears out all stored bad data. I don't think it will solve this problem, but it's the only answer I got to possibly fix it. Other than buying a new camera, which I totally support anyway ![]()

| try a new memory card? maybe it's just a 'sick' card? I have a similar problem with my old powershot... parents still have it, never sent it in *smacks forehead* so I don't know what to tell you - not that I was asked, but still lol
