| Trigger Happy @ A Wedding Family got married last weekend - and didn't hire me, but whatever I'm not going to get all upset again over it - and I took my camera just so I could take pictures I wanted and not what a bride wanted...just a few (I took over 3 gigs worth, and ended up with 268 that I edited and kept as JPGs!) ![]() Groom and his Mama. ![]() The real reason I was taking pictures - my "neice" (step cousin's daughter really) - Haille Rae, was a flower girl... @ age 2... and ran up and down the aisle 3 times lol ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() My aunt and the bride's daughter, Aida. Aida is now Haille's step-neice, and is a year older than her. My aunt is Haille's gramma. Which is how I fit into the family scheme lol. ![]()

| I read Tigger Happy @ a Wedding and looked for the big orange guy in every photo! ![]() Great photos! I have looked at your work on your website (I love photography, too) and I am sure the photos you took are 10x better than what they paid for! Too bad for them!! Danielle

| I'm bad about that also, I take the camera and snap away anyway. And, like you, they get excited because I end up with pictures they hadn't thought of, or couldn't get because they were too busy with the "official" photographer.... As always, great pictures and for sharing.....

| Your pictures are beautiful! They are really lucky you took pictures too. I'm sure the hired photographer didn't get the same shots.

| Awww, don't feel badly. You wouldn't have had the time to shoot all of these candids if you had to do all the formals, and as the hired help, you would have had to eat in the kitchen.

| yeah, I'm glad I didn't in the long run, Haille was too much fun, and I would have been there till well past midnight! ... what annoyed me was the whole "we didn't even THINK of you"... funny when they want FREE photos I'm the first one they come to I've done weddings start to finish and I love them (and I actually do a lot more candid than traditional lol)... my prof is always amazed because I will literally FREAK OUT over a photography assignment, but I'm calm cool and collected for a wedding... I just am too busy to think "what if something goes wrong"
