| Umm Bill or Rob Ok for the past week or so I get the message of firefox has to close due to an error blah, blah, blah. Any ideas why this happens? I've scanned for viruses but nothing. TIA! gina |

| If it happens occasionally, that is not that unusual. If it's doing it multiple times a day, there's a problem. First suggestion is to make sure you have the current version of FireFox. Mine has updated a couple of times in the past couple weeks... Otherwise, no suggestions here....

| Defragment the drive, that might help. Scan for spyware and viruses. Also, go through your Firefox addins/plugins, see if any of them are out-of-date. Check for updates on the lot of them ... they can often be the cause of a problem.
