| How do I do this?? Ok, I have uploaded my pics from the camera to the computer. There are some that I want to zoom in and then resave them. I tried this with Microsoft paint program and then click save as but it doesn't save the changes that I make. What am I doing wrong? |

| You will probably need to use your cropping tool. Just go into whatever Photo editing program that you are using and find the cropping button (I've never tried to use MS paint program so I don't know if it allows this) I use Photoshop elements, most of your cameras or printers come with some kind of photo editing program to allow some editing of your images. Select the area that you want to crop around (usually by dragging arrows) when you are satisfied then okay the crop. If you want to keep the original make sure that you save your new one under a different name or it will delete the original. |

| depending on the size of the crop and the pixel density of the picture the more you crop the more pixelated your picture will become, just so you're aware.

| Are you running Vista? What I have to do in Paint is to go to "Edit", hit "Select all". go to "Image", hit "crop", crop the picture, hit "crop" again, and then go to "edit" and hit "Save" or "Save as" if I need to rename it. I rarely use "Paint" as it is a bit cumbersome to crop, but you can get it to work!

As some have mentioned, you need to crop the photo to get rid of what you do not want, and Sue has given you some good instructions. If you need more, let us know....
