| Photobucket It seems as though there's tons of stuff on this site and I know lots of you use it for posting images here. I'm wondering if anyone has had any problems with this site, are there any purchases that you need to make to use it etc. it seems like there's such a broad variety of content on it but I guess that's how these types of things are. I just want to make sure it's a credible site like snapfish, shutterfly etc.

| The only problem I've had with photobucket is it has started to change my colors and exposures a bit. It's totally annoying... but most people wouldn't notice. I just do because I have a color calibrated monitor, see my SOOC shot or my photoshop file, and then see it in photobucket and see the distortion. But as a photo sharing site I haven't had any issues.

| I've been using them for a long time, with no real issues. I do resize prior to uploading, for me that's a habit. As for others using pictures from that site, it's not just there, it's anywhere you post them on the internet, usually. The search engines can find the picture and where it's posted from, and if you can put it somewhere, anyone else can too by just linking to your site. And if they can post it, they can usually copy it. That is why I resize all my pics prior to uploading to the internet, if you really want a 640 x 480, have at it... But I am happy with photobucket, and did upgrade to pro so I could FTP my uploads which is much, much faster...

| The only issue with Photobucket is censorship. I have a myspace page for my baked goods. Well one of the cakes that a customer ordered was a "boob" cake. Photobucket deamed it unsuitable I guess and deleted it. ..

| Its free and its good. I use it to store all of my graphics. But if you want more storage or more VIP things. You have to pay or something. I just stick to the basics and with that, i have NO problem. |
