Question Digital Camera help

i am in need of a new digital camera.....
i need some opinions/help/suggestions.........
i want something that will zoom fairly decent w/out getting blurry pics, and i don't need the mega pixels to be extremely high, i only print out 4x6 pics, kwim?
and also something fairly reasonable in price, i really can't shell out 200.00+

i know i am asking for a lot with little money, but can anyone help?
