| Best month for honeymoon? Greetings, I am new at this. My husband and I are planning to go to WDW for honeymoon. We are wondering if the best month to go would be May or September? If we are going in May, it will be from May 15 to May 31. Is it worth to wait til September because of Memorial weekend in May? Thanks. P.S. It will be my husband first time going to any Disney Parks. I really want to be as much as a fan that I am after this trip. Loretta |

| In September the heat can be pretty unbearable. I would choose May. Most kids don't get out until late May, early June so I think your dates would be good.

| Welcome to the boards! I would go for May as well - Epcot is beautiful during the Flower and Garden Festival.

| Welcome to the Boards, I am in favor of May because that is when I went on my honeymoon to WDW (May 2, 1992). In fact all my trips to WDW have been in May, we have taken a few anniversary trips through the years, and the weather was usually good, not to hot, and and the parks were not to crowded. Congratulations on your up coming wedding and good luck.

| I agree about May. The weather is great and most kids don't get out of schoole till the end of May/ early June. Keep in mind though- if you can, try to avoid Memorial Day Weekend as crowd do tend to increase then. Congrats on your wedding!!!

| Another vote for may - are you seeing a common theme here? The weather is lovely in May, whereas in Sept you can catch a hurricane and the rainfall is definately higher. to the boards, and many congratulations.

| I've been there for both, and don't think you could go wrong with either. Hav e been going regularly since 1972 and the only hurricane I've encountered was late October, so I don't think it is a really big consideration.
