Best Friends at WDW

My DBFF and I are thinking about taking one evening while we are at WDW and letting my DD (she'll be 13) babysit her DS (he'll be 4) so we can go do something adult-like. Obviously, we don't want to do the romantic stuff, but what suggestions can ya'll give us for just two old moms wanting be away from the kids for a couple of hours?

You could go to the AC in Pleasure Island or any of the other clubs there.
Does the 13 yo have babysitting experience?

Adventurer's Club at Please Island would be my choice for something to "do," but I'd probably have as much fun with my BFFs over a terrific meal and a nice bottle of wine.

Yes she does. She has taken the Red Cross Babysitting course and First Aid/CPR course. She babysits for DBFF's boy quite often. He loves having her as a babysitter. If it weren't for that fact that she already babysits him, we wouldn't even be considering leaving them for a couple of hours.

That sounds like a great idea. I would also prep for the trip by letting the DD do some research on babysitting for the trip.
