| This is more something that's on my conscience, than anything. Backstory: DBF and I began talking online when I was 11. We met for the first time the summer afer I graduated high school, when I was 17, at Disney World. Two years later, we're planning a trip back this summer, because we're both addicted to Disney and...we wanted to celebrate two years together in the place we met, especially after a rather difficult year for both of us. It's been suggested that we pick up the "Anniversary" buttons from Guest Relations. I feel sort of iffy about it, since it's implying more a wedding anniversary than simply dating, and I wasn't sure, I guess, on the 'etiquette' involved here. Any thoughts?

| I don't see a problem with it - I always used to celebrate the anniversary of our first date with a meal out before we got married.

| My DH and I always get these pins when we've gone to WDW these past 2 years for our, yes, wedding anniversary, but most people just give you a "congratulations!" Sometimes they ask,"How long?" If someone asks you, say "2 years!" You are there for the both of you and if someone asks and you just can't help yourself, tell them, "We've been dating for 2 years and since we met in WDW, we're back to celebrate!" GL!! ![]()
