| The only other thing I would consider would be proximity to your favorite park(s) and DTD. I think that the passporter book has something similar to a decision tree for figuring out the 'best' resort for your needs...

| All-Star Music seems to be the quietest of the value resorts. DW stayed there with two of her friends back in 2001.

| I lent my PP book out so I can't refer to it and it is driving me nutz!! I'll have to ask for it back. We wanted to spend most of our time at Epcot and the water parks so I'll have to see about the transportation. |

| If money was no object, I'd probably say the French Quarter... even over all of the deluxes. I just think this resort is so small, quaint and intimate. The hottubs are in a nice, secluded spot too! Eileen

| We stayed at assmu sept 05, its nice, but my only problem is the bus system, they share it with all the other allstars , but its a nice place. POP has its own bus system and its so nice not to have to wait when your tired and want to go home at night.

| If DH is in a band I guess Music would be the logical choice. I think it also depends when you are going and what your level of expectation is. Sometimes the All Stars can be a bit noisy when a lot of groups are there. Not a bad thing, the noise doesn't bother us but for some people it is an issue. POP might be fun - a trip down memory lane

| I agree, I think that you'd be VERY happy if were able to kick in a couple extra bucks for POFQ. Riding down the Sassagoula into DTD at night as VERY romantic, one of my very favorite things to do on earth. ![]()

| Pop Century is our favorite Value and we have taken Adult Only trips and stayed there. We love to walk around the lake and find what happened with Disney the year we were born. It is also fun to listen to the music from the 80's and 90's building and talk about memories. We have stayed at the other Values, but I think Pop has more charm. |

| None of the value resorts are close to Epcot but the All Star resorts are close to Blizzard Beach. I have stayed at the All Star Music resort and found it to be a great place to stay if you're mostly looking for a comfortable place to lay your head at night. If you decide to stay there, I heartily recommend requesting a room in the Jazz buildings as they are located midway between the two pools so tend to be quieter and yet are still only about a three minute walk from the bus stop and facilities. All that being said, if you can swing it, I would suggest paying a wee bit more and opting for a stay at POFQ - this is such a beautiful, romantic resort. Joy

| when it comes to the value resorts, they all are good. it depends on what you like. Sports fans- All Star Sports. Movie Buff- All Star Movies. Music fan- All Star Music. If you just like having fun, and can deal with longer bus rides- Pop Century. and just for a note- many people are saying Port Orleans French Quarter (pofq). that is not a value resort; it is a moderate resort. I've stayed at all of the moderates and values, and out of all of them, pofq was my favorite. but if you want a value, pick All Star Music. Your husband will enjoy that.

| We loved Pop Century, but there are gonna be kids and noise at any of the values. If you have your own car it doesn't matter as much, but if you're depending on Disney transportation Pop will be a much smoother trip. Barry |
