| OUR HONEYMOON ADVENTURE PHOTO TR UPDATED 11-13-08 I finally receive my photopass cd, so i have decided to start this photo trip report. I plan to use pictures instead of writing everything, we have a lot of pictures. First a little about us Me (Dawn, 36)- a clinical scientist at Children Healthcare of Atlanta, and DH (Bryan, 41) - currently recovering from cancer (8 months cancer -free) previously an automotive engineer making car parts. We original wanted to get married at Disney but when Bryan was diagnosed with bladder cancer that changed. We then decided to do a small home wedding that got changed too. When the chemo and radiation did not give the results the doctors wanted, They suggested Bryan hvae his bladder removed. Bryan decided we should get married before his surgery. Once Bryan agreed to the surgery the doctors planned the surgery so fast we did not have time to blink. We got married On Friday February 22, and he had his surgery on monday. So our Honeymoon did not actually occur until six months later. Since we did not have wedding pictures, I decided to take them in Disney and pretend that we got married there. No one will know any difference unless we told them. We had originally plan to do all the portrait photo sessions at the rersorts with our wedding attire. But It was so hot we only did the WL shoot with our wedding attire and we had to end up canceling the Grand Floridian shoot because Bryan got sick. Hopefully in a few years we will be able to do a vow renewal and do the GF photoshoot and the magic kingdom shoot as well. We love the portrait sessions . Most of our pictures turned out very well especially the wedding pics. Three of the pics at the WL did not come out so good but the rest of the 60+ pics did. We took pic at WL, Poly, AKL, and Beach club.The Akl shoot was free we did it as a promo couple. You have to definitely were bright colors or the pictures are not to good. A few of the pics came out to dark but most of them are ok. A few of the Beach club pic are so dark you can not tell what the picture is hopefully I will be a ble to fix that with photoshop. Depending on the photographer I will definitely pay the $75 fee, fortunate we still got these for $25 except for AKL which was free, so I am not going to complain to much. Our first photographer At WL (Jeff), said the new price will include some editing that they will do at the photo counter and you will get your cd the same day. I think I whether have it the way we got ours so i could put the different sayings or characters on. I was able to add on Disney fairytale wedding logo to my wedding pics which really made them special to me. BTW we were at DW from August 30- Sept 9. The first week we stayed at The Wilderness Lodge and the second portion we stayed at Corondo Springs, we loved both resorts especially WL. But CSR is a great moderate resort. Except for it being so big and having outside doors it almost felt like we were at a deluxe resort. They are/have remoldel the rooms they have queen beds and flat screen tvs. The bathrooms have one sink instead of two, and our room at CSR were a little smaller than the WL room we had but it was nice. We will stay at both again. Ok now for what you all have been waiting for pics. First pics from the WL photo shoot. Hopefully I will upload them right. Dawn
