| Proposal Idea! I guess I could have posted this a little sooner.... (the main characters DB & (now) DSIL are now married for one year with my DNEP or DNEI on the way!!!) OK, back to the story. My DB decided he wanted to ask my DSIL to marry him. SIDENOTE: My DH and I have been married for almost 7 years. We are (as my DSIL calls us) Disney Roadies!!! My engagement story was SOOOO unromantic, I will not even bore you to tears to tell you. BACK to the story, DB comes to me and tells me he's going to ask her to marry him. I said I AM PLANNING IT FOR YOU!!!! We already had a trip to DW planned for two months later. So in comes some serious planning!!! The ring is purchased, reservations are made & a plan is hatched!

| Cont.... Our family only lives about 3.5 hours from DW. So, we make several trips a year. My family is made up of myself, three brothers & MOM & DAD. My oldest brother has two girls. I have made them my own little Disney Princesses. We have carried them to Disney for their birthdays every year since they were 3. OK, so here's were that's relevant. DB and I come up with the idea of doing a scavenger hunt for our neices. We knew we wanted a beach. We were staying at the Beach Club, so perfect place!!! In comes GIFT OF A LIFETIME. I CANNOT say enough about them. Jane did such a WONDERFUL job arranging everything. She let me know exactly what the plans were and was on site with one other person the afternoon of the event. READ ON TO SEE THE PROPOSAL.....

| THE BIG DAY! During the two months, DSIL's parents decided they wanted to be there when DB proposed. There was no way to explain their sudden appearance. (DSIL's parents could only come down that day and leave the next.) So, Jane arranged it all. I met Jane in the lobby approx. 30 mins before the hunt. She filled me in on the details for DSIL's parents and their location. We set the "scavenger hunt" for 3:00. Since it was Dneice's birthday, we pretended we had planned a special surprise for her. Her and her sister would begin to look for their surprises. Jane had hide a SILVER star on the beach. We encouraged DSIL to help the girls. (She is such a kid at heart and completely clueless!!) She took right to it. The girls find their little treasure chest, but in the bottom is a not that reads.... NOW TIFFANY...... it's your turn! Look for the GOLD STAR and you'll find your treasure! (STILL COMPLETELY CLUELESS) DSIL starts looking for star. She finally finds it and inside her treaure chest is a note that reads "WILL YOU MARRY ME?". My DB is right behind her with the ring. FINALLY, she realizes what is going on and starts to cry ( along with all of us already crying). Also, her parents walk up from down the beach. We had several onlookers from the walkway and several applause. It was so special and so much fun! I know this was probably a little rushed. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to ask or PM me.

| WOW, if only my hubby had been that romantic.. I will never forget my proposal though. He asked me on the couch in his mothers living room the first time, then he asked me again at a nice restaurant because hearing me say YES once wasn't enough for him.. LOL. ~J~
