Did you plan any other meals, ADRs or special events for your guests that stayed longer than just your big day? When we do our vow renewal in Sept. we are expecting quite a few of our guests to spend most of the week with us. We didn't want every minute with them but we wanted to plan a few other occasions to get together and apparently DFTW doesn't have plans for that and the events we want are listed as GG and apparently you have to do all your hotels through them to get those. This doesn't make sense to me but I am confused as to what to do.

Hey we got married at WDW and we had a lot of guests over before the wedding and did alot with them then, plus a couple of nights after before we left for our Disney cruise, then when we got back all the guests had gone so we were free to do WDW on our own for our honeymoon, but back to your question, try this link, you don't need to be a grand gathering to arrange some special events and if you have an Annual pass they are doing discount on things but I've been working with them for an anniversary event and they're really good: Disney Catered Events Hope that helps

We're planning on offering a pay your own meal every evening. We're sending the options at 6 months with a date we'd like to hear back by around the 3 month mark. We'll make ADRs for 2-3 more then we hear yes from. We're going to list the average price in the newsletter and let people decide if they want to join us for a meal or two.
