| Have you ever... gone to disney with no plans or reservations ?? We usually only go or 3 or 4 days at a time so when we go in December I don't have anything planned. I think we are going to go with the flow. |

| The first time we went we didn't have any ressies (Before DS) . Even now we really only try for about 3 table ressies for a week. With a young DS, there is no need to spend more when he is only going to eat kid stuff that is mostly based in quick service anyhow. The only thing that we have to do ressies wise, is a character meal the first morning!

| We always go with no plans (see my title?). We don't like schedules or feeling like we have to be anywhere at a certain time. I don't like making reservations for dinner so far in advance because maybe we won't be hungry at that time or maybe we won't be in the mood for that particular restaurant on that particular day. Most of the time we end up eating in our villa anyway, but we've never been planners.

| Our last trip was pretty much this. We were gone for 10 days, and I made only 2 ADRs I think, maybe 3, for the entire time. Otherwise, we just ate CS meals. And went with the flow in the parks as well!

| Last year, my bf and I didn't have plans or ADR's or anything...when we got there we just went to the parks based on EMH's and it worked out! We only ate at a couple TS restaurants, the rest were CS and it was fine! The only reason I have everything planned out this year is because of free dining and I'm not really sure I'm going to like having to go places at certain times of certain days. |

| You don't have a count down time so I'm not sure when your next trip to WDW is, are you going in December this time as well? If you're going during the free dining promotion then the restaurants are going to be more crowded than you're used to and you might consider an ADR or 2 if there's anything that you absolutely must do during your trip. |

| I know some poeple hate having to be somewhere at a certain time...and making dining reservations kills them. BUT for us, dining reservations are a must. I could not handle two counter meals in a day. They are so busy and having to find a seat, order food and try to eat while other people are watching and waiting and for us to finish so they can have my seat is exhausting. I hate being rushed, especially for a meal. Dining in a table service restaurant everyday is a retreat to an oasis!! And with the popularity of the dining plan, reservations are a must. I am a planner by nature, so for me, going to Disney without plans is a nightmare!

| the 1st time I went w/ my family we didn't make any plans or ADRs. We had a good time. It wasn't until I started doing my own research that I realized how much we missed

| My family is like this but it drives me NUTS! I also have friends who do this and then they complain when they didn't have a great time and weren't able to eat at any of the sit down restaurants. I always tell them that while they enjoy going with the flow they aren't allowed to complain if they didn't make any ressies. Those are the rules in my family!

| About 5 or 6 years ago, my BFF and I did that. We didn't have any ADR's, and just went with the flow. Woke up in the morning and decided what park we wanted to do that day.

| We went with the kids in April 2008. We weren't on the dining plan that time (DH insisted that we didn't need it!) and therefore didn't make any ADRs. Big mistake! We were not able to find anything the entire week that wasn't quick/counter service and we ended up spending more than if we had been on the dining plan. It was horrible! I will never do that again!

| I've always made ADRs, just not one for every day like this year with free dining. We usually only have two or three TS meals, so this trip is going to be interesting.

| As someone else mentioned WDW is offering free dining in Dec., so it may be a bit harder to get into a TS rest. Good luck! Personally, I am a planner and would be so uncomfortable going without plans.
