Hannah Montana?

Does the disney parks have anything with Hannah Montana? This is the first thing my 7 yr old asked me. I have no idea!! I heard they have some High School Musical things going on but that is it.

Thanks!

I'm glad you asked this question too. My daughter is 9 and just LOVES Hannah Montana. Is there anyplace to buy Hannah Montana or High School Musical pins/clothing at the parks?

Funny you should ask. I was a little disappointed in the lack of Hannah Montana during our recent trip, since she is such a huge hit for Disney. My seven year old LOVES her, too! You'll find some merchandise, but no other appearances. Maybe that will change soon! Her popularity has just exploded.

My 7 year old is convinced that we're going to see her in Disney...I think she's holding on to that hope since we couldn't get tickets to the concert!

There is a store in the Studios that had "some" Hannah Montana stuff- but more HS Musical (probably due to the recent release of HSM2). Other than that- we didn't see a thing.

If she's interested in HS Musical- my girls both got to dance in the Pep Rally & it was awesome. Check the Times Guide when you enter the Studios and it will say what times they perform.

The only place I see anything about her is at the Disney Stores(Like in San Francisco). I have seen nothing in the parks.

Where is the Pep Rally? My 6 yr old DD is a HUGE HSM fan! I think she would love that!

Thanks

Yes- they come in as a mini-parade from the entrance, down Main St and set up at the hat. Definitely a must-do for a girl that age . Hopefully you can get close enough for her to be handed a wooden spoon- that's how they choose who can get up & dance with them. (Otherwise it would be way too crowded to have all the children up there.) I got such a kick out of watching all the moms & dads singing along b/c the music just really pumps up the atmosphere of the park.

actually, double check with the times guide when you're there. there are occasional times when the space in front of the hat is unavailable in which case the show may be relocated to the streets of america or even up near fantasmic!.

also, as disney has promised a show is coming into the ABC theatre, there are a couple of options floating around, one of which might be permanently moving the show into there (i guess probably redecorating the theatre to be a high school gym or whatever)
