| Stroller Question 1,000,000 LOL:) I am sure this has been asked a million times so I apologize in advance I will be bringing DD's umbrella stroller with us for use at the airports & parks. Is there any mode of transportation that will now allow me to bring the stroller on board? I seem to remember something about the train at WDW..............TIA!! |

| As far as I know (with the exception of the monorail) all transportatin - buses, train in MK, etc, require that you fold up the umbrella stroller before boarding.

| Nope, can't even bring it on the MK train. Gotta leave it at the station. At least that's what they told us at the Frontierland stop. Monorail and some water taxi's will allow you to keep it open though.

| I thought the Walt Disney Railroad would allow you to bring a folding stroller, but not the park-owned strollers. I'm almost positive we've been able to bring our strollers on. We've sometimes been able to bring a child in a stroller onto a boat (e.g., Boardwalk to the Studios or Wilderness Lodge to Magic Kingdom) but I think it depends on both the boat and the operator. Happy planning, Melissa

![]() We also found that some boats (probably boat drivers actually) would allow us to roll the stroller right on while some wouldn't.

| You can use it on the monorail as long as it isn't crowded, and the larger ferry boats allow you to keep it open. That's a big reason why we love WL so much. We were able to keep my kids sound asleep from Adventureland to the bed without moving them out of the stroller! |

| We were able to keep it open on the monorail, even when it was busy. We would have taken up just as much room closing it and removing all the bags and blankets and such, the station operators told us to just leave it and ushered people past our section. That was in Sept of last year. The large boats from MK to WL allowed the strollers to be opened, regardless of the type of stroller (umbrella and regular sized ones too). The smaller, water taxi boats the strollers must be folded. And the buses...my least favorite with stollers. It depends on the driver and time of day. We were allowed to leave the stroller open twice going from FtW to the Settlement ( we never left the resort on the bus), but after that, no way. Our last night, it was raining and late and the bus driver allowed us to leave DS stroller open provided it was locked. But again, it was late ( like after 11p) and really rainy. I think he took sympathy on us.

| Just came back a few weeks ago. We were able to bring the stroller on the train in WDW as long as it was folded up. No problems at all. Have fun.

| You are allowed to bring your own stroller on the train at MK but only folded. The rented ones have to be left at the station. We have never had to fold our stroller on the monorail or ferry. We always have to fold the stroller on the buses.
