| Stroller for older kids We are going to Disney next month, and am looking for a stroller for my DD. She is 7, but she has Vasovagul and if she stands to long or gets over heated, she passes out. Not something I want to happen at Disney. But, she is just to big for an umbrella stroller. Has anyone used a stroller on an older kid? I hate to rent from the parks, we are going for 8 days, so it would cost 120 to rent, when I can buy one for that price. Thanks, Stephanie

| The ones you rent would surely be big enough for your DD. We have a maclaren stroller, that looks like an umbrella stroller, but is bigger and sturdier. my 5yo DD still fits in it, and I'm debating taking it on our next trip (she's 45.5 inches, and 48 lbs) You can probably find something used on Craigslist, Freecycle, or at a local consignment shop. have a great trip!! |

| You can rent a jogging stroller from this site: A Baby's Best Friend Clean, sanitized and comfortable equipment rental for your Orlando/Disney World vacation. Free delivery to your accommodations. A Baby's Best Friend. They deliver to the luggage room at your resort and pick it up on your day of departure. That way, you'll have it all the way out to the parking lot (if you're driving) and also at DTD. I've heard good things about them on these boards, and will be trying them out for the first time on our upcoming trip this September. Otherwise, the ones they rent in the park will work very well too.

| We bought a jogging stroller (actually a double jogging stroller) and it did great when our kids were 6,6,& 8. We still have it if anyone wants to PM me for a good deal.

| We needed a double stroller that held larger children, but also folded up for airline travel. I researched and found that a MacLaren stroller seemed to be just what we needed. I purchased one used at a local Multiple Birth Clothing and Equipment sale and got a really good deal. I think something like Craigslist would be a good place to look. |

| I used 2 seperate umbrella strollers for my 7 and 4 year old DDs. I read many posts on Passporter and one person said that getting on and off Disney transportation would be much easier not to mention getting on the Wdw railroad at the MK. With 2 strollers we were able to move about seperatly if need be.
