| Autograph book question For those of you that purchase one in the parks... Is there room on the pages to put pictures that we take with the characters? My thoughts were get a character to sign on one side and then the page next to the autograph stick a picture of us with that character. Any thoughts?

| I would say yes in a 4x6 or 3.5x5 size. They also sell a photo album autograph books in various designs. Here is one on the website: Deluxe 4 Parks Walt Disney World Autograph Book and Photo Album | Disney Store If you go the traditional route, I suggest that you make a note on the photo page in pencil to yourself like (insert picture here) so you remember to not have the character sign there. When you get home you can get something like these to mount the photo: Easy Mount Self Adhesive Photo Sleeves Last edited by srsatkowiak; 06-17-2009 at 11:00 AM.. |

| some have photo slots, but they're pricier and hold fewer autographs. DD saves her "special" book for character meals and her faves.

| Thanks, I will have to look into both books when we get there. With only 30 days to go I have all these random things floating in my mind. I can't think much about anything but our vacation!!

| On our first trip we got a book at WDW that had slots for pictures. The cover has a pictures of Mickey & Minnie followed by some other characters walking in front of the castle. It only has room for 14 autographs but it worked good because he wasn't sure yet about getting close to the characters.

| I ordered one on ebay that is a princess autograph/photo book. It is cute, but the photos are on the l side in a flip up format. the rest of the book is a regular autograph book. There are a lot on ebay, some a custom made with a bag to carry them. Also, did you know you can order the autograph and auto/photo books from the disney store online, they are in the park souviner section. |

| I did know that you could purchase some park merchandise online, but I don't know what it is about me, I have to buy it when we are there, it makes me feel happy to know that whatever we purchased was actually AT Disney World... I am weird!

| on our last trip to Disneyland we did the autograph and a picture with each character but I made my daughters book. It is really easy to do and a lot of fun. It is a lot harder to get smaller memory books now that Michael no longer caries them.

| I too bought our books before the trip and also went to the disney store in our town yesterday and got some really cool things, t-shirts etc on the clearance racks. I do not want to waste my vacation trying to find books or shopping when i am there and also the prices are higher.

| I usually just take 4x6 rectangles of white or other light colored scrapbooking paper and with a selection of markers and have the characters sign on a little notebook to stabilize the paper and add the autographs/photo's to the regular scrapbook. One of these trips I will have to do a just autograph book |

| I don't know. I didn't look at the autograph books when we were there to see what they had (I know that they had changed from the one I had for my first trip but that was 20+ years ago). I made our 2 autograph books and got tons of comments on them (from other guests as well as the characters). I even had a few ask if I would make them books.

| When we went we took index cards to have the characters sign. We then purchased a 4 x 6 photo album at Disney, and when we got home put the autograph on the left side with the corresponding picture on the right. I got the index cards that were bound together with perforations to remove them later, that way they stayed together till we got home. The cards and clickable Sharpie fit nicely in my daughters fanny pack. Deb |
