| stroller rental I am looking at the rental strollers from Orlando rental. I have a 18 month old a 4yr old and a 6 yr. old. My question is shoudl I get the sit and stand stroller or the double stroller. I am hoping to use the stroller for tha baby and then letting my two older girls take turns resting their legs. We recently went to a very hilly zoo and ended up renting a double stroller that they used for a few hours but it was a pain to haul around two strollers. Thanks! |

| I have read in the past that the Disney doubles would be large enough to hold all three of your children. I don't think that Orlando stroller rental has the same ones though. I was thinking about renting a stroller for my girls, but I think I am just going to buy a cheap umbrella stroller to take with.

| If you don't want to bring one from home, the Disney double is a great size and will likely hold all three. The only bummer with Disney rentals is you leave it when you leave the park. Since you are out numbered, you may have a hard time getting three sleepy kids back to the resort. I have six kids and there was a time we had 5 kids under five.... Disney nights were rough! LOL |

| I would definitely recommend the city mini double from Orland stroller rentals. These strollers are great. You could put the baby and the youngest in and let the oldest swap with the middle child when needed. They definitely are easy to push, even with the weight of the kids. They are a great company and very helpful, also. |

| ![]() I think that's what I'm going to do. I'm going to bring along an umbrella stroller for the little one for the airport and to have just incase the older two don't walk as much as I expect them to. |

| SIT 'N' STAND! GET THE SIT 'N' STAND! There's a lot more room for storage, and they fold up nicely for transportation purposes. Sit 'n' Stands also provide a lot more flexibility as far as seating arrangements go- the rider on the back and stand, kneel, or sit. Have a magical vacation!

| Sit and stand is the way to go. My children where those exact ages when we went. At one time, I had the 18 month old sitting up front, the 4 yr old sitting and the 6 yr old standing up. Easy to push. Better yet kept them all together and we go to point a to point b in a timely fashion. I will be bring along on our next trip as well.

| It is not so much an issue of weight, but of size. The standing/sitting platform on the back would probably be able to support your kids, but without much wiggle room. I would suggest that the smaller child stand and hang on to the handlebars, while the bigger one sits on the platform with their legs & feet in the basket underneath the stroller part. Hope that made sense...

| See, now my cousin has a sit n stand and I thought it was such a pain for her to get stuff out of the basket. Just watching her struggle with it made me decide not to buy one. Plus, the older kid wasn't able to lay down and if the younger one was reclined (and it didn't recline much) the older one couldn't be on it at all. We went with a simple side by side that folds up really small. My dd, last trip she was 5-1/2, she still napped in the stroller sometimes and at night, she sometimes fell asleep in it at like 8 o'clock. I think bringing a small umbrella type for the airports is a good idea...that is why we never rent...I need something for the airports. We spent good money on a stroller than we knew we loved...played with it lots at the store. We'll use it for a few years and then I hope to sell it and make back some of what I spent. How much will it cost to rent...would it be better to buy something at home???
