My kids still remember the "Magic Bag"!!

The diaper bag post reminded me of our trip in 2001. Our DD's were 7 & 9 so we didn't have a diaper bag but I had a pink and black "magic bag". I had researched the trip (via books only since I don't think I was computer literate at the point and I'm not sure how much info was on the Web then either) for MONTHS. Everytime anyone needed ANYTHING, it was in the bag! Extra socks, no problem. Water, gum, eyeglass cleaner- NP. The only thing that wasn't in there was another shirt for Andrea after she got drenched in the Kali River Rapids. This trip, they have to carry their own Magic Bags. (They are 15 and 17 now!)
