| Homemade Autograph Books, can you post your ideas or pictures? I am thinking about trying to make a little autograph book for ds. The thought I have is, Sam's First Autograph Book. We only have about 27 days before our trip so I am hoping I can find time to do it. Ds is 17 months old so spare time is limited! We just have some character meals planned and we always try to do some character greetings, thought it would be neat to make a little book with pages for specific characters that we are going to see. |

| I haven't done one yet for Dylan, but I'm going to for December. On Dylan's 1st trip I took a photo mat and had the characters sign it then put it with a favorite picture from the trip and hung it on the wall. I to see it in the house every day!Good Luck Teresa!

| I am cutting some of the pretty scrapbooking paper into nice squares and am taking them for characters to sign ( I bought a clip board for them to put under it so it is easier for them to sign) and when I come back I will get things to decorate around the signature and put my photo with that character there. A homemade scrapbook with signatures. I have three autograph books and I don't really ever use them so I wanted to try somthing different. |

| Correct. Only I just used a heavier weight copier paper. I have pretty many and am keeping them together in sandwich baggies right now plus I'll probably use a binder clip as well so it'll be thicker for the characters to sign (since they'll all be stacked together).

| I made my dd autograph book yesterday at an all-day crop. I used a 6x6 binder that Bo Bunny makes & I plan on adding pages between with the pictures of her with the characters. She's only 2 1/2 and can't read yet,so I made sure to put pictures of the characters for her to know who signed there. These are just a few of the pages, there are 36 total! |

| I picked up a mini album at a scrapbook store and used that. The pages tear out so I can get them in our larger album. DD was only 20 months and I"ll do something more elaborate next time.

| I purchased a small scrapbook album at Hobby Lobby and just added stickers and some writing on the cover. The red one is my DD's and it has her name and WDW 2009. The black one is for my BFF's son. (It's the souvenir we are bringing back for him.) His says "We wish you were here. WDW 2009." I still need to add pictures to the center of the covers. On DD's I am going to put a pic of her and Goofy from our 2007 trip. On the other one I am going to put a pic of the Fab 5. ![]()

| If I can get pix of the ones I made, I bought some 9x9 Crayola Sketch Pads and glued a piece of Disney Scrapbook Paper on the outside and added some stickers that say Autographs in Dianey Font on the outside. DS who is 2 I used 2 different Mickey Mouse Papers and mine I used Disney Princess ones. I am leaving the character names off and when we get back will add in a pic of DS with the character. I do have dome stamps too in Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, & Goofy to decorate tem too. I understand about not having much time to work on projects. These didn't take me long to put together. Good luck

| I do mostly Creative Memories, and for each trip that we've done autograph books, I used one of the small (5x5, or 3x5) albums. Would have a character sign on the right page, and then kept the left page (as you're looking at 2 pages open together) blank to put the picture of that character with my child. In terms of decorating, I kept it pretty minimal, and did it AFTER the signatures were in to work with that. Sorry I'm not tech-y enough to figure out how to upload a picture of some of the ones I've done. The other good thing about those is that they can be added to - my daughter has one really thick one from the year we did a DW trip in Jan, and then DCL & DW in November. Fun, too, to see the same signatures (and amazing how they're trained to sign exactly the same!) and her over an almost year time span. Have fun!

| This past trip I took my character pics from last years trip and made a photobook in Shutterfly for my meet & greets. But, I think the best idea I have seen thus far for those who scrapbook and want to incorporate the sigs into their pages is to buy blank 3x5 or 4x6 notecards and then cut clear vellum to that size for the characters to sign sandwiched together and held on a binder ring or with clips. The stack and the notecards make it sturdy, the notecards make it easy for the characters to see where they are signing (and could be decorated with stickers if you wanted to make a card for each character), and the notecards can be reused later on and the vellum can just be removed and cut to size for your scrapbook or photo album. |
