| where is the best place to get "welcome baskets"? Would like to have "welcome baskets" for kids when we arrive. 2.5 and 10 y/o Where is the best place to order these? I am thinking of autograph book, pen, ears, passport book for epcot. Just learning about the pin things so not sure. for 10: also a hidden mickeys book. Any difference in prices if I just wait to get there and buy most or put it in basket. Thanks |

| I used Memories by Betsy for my last WDW trip to help celebrate my 12 anniversary. I wanted to surprise DH. DH was surprised and I have to say, she did an awesome job on the gift basket. She was very easy to work with and made our anniversary just a bit more magical!

| I would look on her website. When I did ours I asked her what she thought would be best she sent me several ideas and I picked what I though was best. You know what your children like tell her their favorite characters and the like and she will tell you what she thinks/has/can get. |

| I used Memories by Betsy last Dec. She's great. She will shop for whatever you want to go into the baskets. She delivers to your resort hotel and once you check in the hotel will deliver it to your room. I will use her again. |

| We've used the Disney Florist for our last two trips and were very happy with them. In Dec. our basket included personalized mouse ears and an autograph book. They didn't charge any more for the ears than what we would've paid in the park -- the only charge was delivery (which I think was only about $7) and a few dollars for wrapping it all up together. In April my DH arranged surpises for me and my dd. My surprise was flowers and for DD it was a little basket with princess Minnie, a light-up tiara and a bunch of balloons with her favorite characters. They delivered it while we were at the parks the first day and we were thrilled to come back to the room and find it there! If you scroll down to the end of this post I have a few pics in my TR: The 8 Isn't Enough Trip Report: April 25-May 4, 2009 - COMPLETE!! - UPDATED 6/21

| I've used memoriesbybetsy.com for several years now and I've never been let down! You can control the price, choose the items, let her suggest items and her service is wonderful!

| We have used Jane & Dodie, TMFL shoppers. They charge just what the items cost, plus $30 flat fee to shop and deliver to your resort. We got a huge birthday bag for our son with items selected just for him: character crayons, pins and lanyard, pirate Goofy, etc. She works with you by email to decide what should be in the bag/basket based on your budget, the occasion and the recipient. They can send you pictures of previous gift bags. We plan to use them again! pixiedustdelivery@yahoo.com Of course, if you want to save $ and make baskets yourself, try Disney Shopping online, which now carries park merchandise, even ear hats! | I never knew these companies existed. I remember that Disney used to have their own basket and decorating service. Do they still do that? How is the price comparison if they do?
