| travelling with a 34 month old, who does not speak English Hello, we are travelling to WDW and DCL in Sept and Oct 2011 with a 34 month old boy for his first Disney Vacation. how can we prepare him for this vacation since English is not his first language, any other tips are also welcome

| You can try getting him a Disney Guide for Kids. I think Birnbaums makes areally good one with lots of pictures. That is the main thing. Get one that has lots he will still be on the kof pictures so he can see what to expect. Also try letting him watch YouTube videos of the rides/parades/attractions. He can't read at this age anyway, so the words are not as important unless you read it to him. At 34 months, he will still be eating off the kids menu. That is usually chicken nuggets, burgers, mac and cheese kind of stuff.
