I am going to dress up DD (age 4) myself and not go with BBB. She will bring her dress up dresses (Cinderella, Rapunzel, and possibly Belle) and I will make her hair look cute with barrettes, curls, bows, and/or a tiara. I also wanted to get colored hair extensions to clip on her hair.
I found some at Party City today! They had a pack of blue and purple for $.50 and a pack of different colors for $2. I thought I was going to have to order them from eBay, what a deal!

This sounds awesome..
I was thinking of getting that glitter tattoo stuff for my kids instead paying to get it done in the park. HMMMMM, I really like your idea with the color hair clips. And it gives you some quality time with your DD.
When I go in November, I'm going with a friend and her 2 granddaughters. My friend is a hairdresser, so we are all going to get the princess treatment although she and I will be skipping the dresses
