I'm taking my DD, who will be 5 at the time of the trip, on a Mommy-Daughter bonding trip to WDW in the fall. In her 7 trips, she's never gone to BBB - so I am planning that. We've done a good many of the character dining meals in the past, and I don't want to over-plan this trip. We're going to mainly "go with the flow." Any suggestions of something cool that may not have occured to me that I can plan/do with/for DD during our trip?
I'm currently working on letter flash cards that are Disney related. For example: A: Aladdin and Abu ate a juicy red apple in Adventureland. I figured she could have the characters sign them.

I'm doing a mommy/daughter trip next week with my DD who is 4 1/2. Same as you, we have done many character meals in the past so on this trip I only booked one and that is at Chefs to see Remy! Other than that, we have no plans either. Well, OK, my one big plan is to explore as much as we can in WS and to also get her one of those passports that she can get stamped in every country. Something we don't get a chance to do with the boys. We are staying at POR in a Royal Room and she seems to be most excited about having her first " Been-yay".
I'll report back with some other cool things we find to do along the way.
My granddaughter 4 at the time loved Ms Piggy Fountain in DHS, the boneyard in AK, Chip n Dale sing along Campfire at Ft Wilderness, Passports in each country WS and innoventions in FW, MK we always like to get ice cream from the Plaza and walk in the Rose garden.
The Princess tea party may be out of my budget for this trip - but the other one is a great idea.
I had forgotten about the camp fire with Chip and Dale - I'll keep that in mind. I also hadn't thought about Remy - that's a great character meal option.
Thanks everyone! Can't wait to hear about your trip Linny!

Akershus would be a fun Dining selection with the princesses or royal table but CRT can get pricey. I like the touring of World Showcase idea, try and get a character meet and greet list and see the characthers Through world showcase like Mulan and beauty and the beast. Also there is a little tea shop over by Ross and crown to walk through. I can't wait to take a girl trip w/ my DD(3)
