Hello everyone. I signed up last year before our previous trip. DH just told me that we're going back, so I'm here again.
Feb 2nd will be our 7th anniversary (and my birthday, ). I'd like to do something special and was wondering if anyone has the info I need. I was thinking about having a cake delivered to our room, but we're at the PORiverside and I have no idea if anyone delivers there. Failing that, any other nifty ideas about surprises that I can have sent to our room while we're out would be greatly appreciated.
There is a great thread in the Feasting forum. Cake photos it should help you find some information.
I ordered a cake for delivery to my room at the Villas at Wilderness Lodge in June. They were supposed to have brought it to the room at an appointed time, but failed that one. The cake was fantastic I am told--i never got a piece as I was always too full from the meals at WDW.
I hope you get the cake of your dreams!
Hi and welome to the boards . have a magical birthday and anniversary .
they have a thing where they put a card singned by the princesses or mickey with a couple of ballons just have it attached to your reservation usually they will say call the resort 5 -7 days before arrivel. good luck.
My DH has had cakes ordered for my birthday over the past few years, and just ordered a cake for our anniversary meal at Narcoossee's in Nov. He also contacted WDW florists and had the room decorated with rose petals and since it was our anniversary evening the CR added a bottle of champagne and balloons with a card to it....
He always tends to order something from WDW florist and has it delievered to the room wherever we are staying. There are lots of choices that could be for a guy or a gal
This was our cake..
It was pricey but worth it b/c he knew that was the cake I've always wanted (I was sad about the way our wedding cake turned out)...
