| Tusker House at Animal Kingdom has a character breakfast hosted by Donald. Donald also appears at Chef Mickey's.

| No guarantees, but I know we've seen him at Goofy's Kitchen and Minnie and Friends Breakfast at different times.

| granted it's been almost 2 years but he was at neither for me. i wouldn't count on him being at any character meals. he's around plenty though that you don't need to have a meal to see him.

| there is no character meal at the carnation cafe? do you mean minnie & friends at the plaza inn? he hasn't been there either in my experience. like i said, i wouldn't count on him at any meals, but he's easy enough to find
