One place that most of my friends miss is the Columbia Harbour House. We LOVE it, and have it for lunch several times when we're there. It is in Magic Kingdom, across from the Haunted Mansion. Most people I've talked to have never noticed it, probably because they are looking at the Haunted Mansion. LOL!!! I should probably keep it to myself, so it doesn't get overcrowded. ha ha!

Here is a digi layout I did of my kids in front of the restaurant.

Oh, it's a counter service, by the way.

At Disneyland, well at any Disney park, I must have a Mickey Premium Bar (ice cream). At DCA, we visit 2 places on every trip (pretty much): Wine Country Trattoria and Pacific Wharf Bakery (I think, the sourdough place). At Disneyland, we tend to plan our meal based on where we are in the park when we get hungry. There's only one sit-down (Blue Bayou) and I'm not a big fan of the food, even though the atmosphere is crazy cool!

Although it's not in the parks, we loved the food at Yamabuki at Paradise Pier - beautiful. Same for the Napa Rose at the Grand Californian. In the parks, we had a wonderful meal - and some great character interaction - at Ariel's Grotto in the California Adventure.

Heh, I actually used the Blue Bayou's recipe and made Monte Cristo sandwiches on Monday (It's in one of the Mickey Cookbooks). The kids loved them.

I've never had their MC sandwich and probably never will due to a food allergy. I will say that my dad raves over them. I haven't eaten there in awhile. Maybe there menu has changed, but I know last time I wasn't overly impressed with the food. But, we did have great seats right by the water.

The soup bread bowl at Pacific Wharf Also, we like going to La Brea Bakery and getting breakfast sandwiches on their yummy bread. And now that I know they are there, we love the beignets you can get at the Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen little deli place. YUMMMO

Our favorite is prime rib at Blue Bayou. And when they have them the chocolate doubloons.
My Dgang were disappointed because they were not available on our last two trips! (Someone want to mail some? )

I the Plaza Inn for its atmosphere and it's chicken! The salads are fresh and the desserts delicious!

The Golden Horseshoe was a hoot! My Dgang grabbed some snacks - chicken fingers/mozarella sticks/drinks during the show. The three of them shared and was fed and entertained at the same time!

I loved the rice and beans at the French Market. Plus there was live entertainment while we were there so that added to the magic!

My DH loved the ribs at Taste Pilot's Grill.

DS #1 Luke had a delicious corn dog at the Corn Dog Castle.

My absolute favorite snack is the Malibu Mocha Frappe at the Baker's Field Bakery! Plus the baked goods are fresh and good.

Otherwise, at any park we the wonderful Mickey Bar.

Café Orleans is also a sit down and has some of the best beignets (shaped like Mickey) that either of us have ever found.

I'm sorry, I phrased it wrong. I meant table service. I don't believe Cafe Orleans serves you, it's cafeteria style inside, right? (I tend to say "sit down" vs. "walk-up" meaning how I order the food....though Ive been better about calling it "counter service" and "table service".)
