Smile Great vacation snacks

I tend to eat so much junk food on vacations. I get into this mentality, "oh your on vacation" so I go nuts with junk food. I just tried something new, Acai Chews, I think I've found something that will help me. I would almost consider it food because it helps keep me from feeling hungry too early and they are sweet, that's my favorite part. It helps with my junk food cravings. Anyways, this will be amazing for vacations because they are so easy to carry around, just like candy, but they are not candy but they sure taste like it. A healthy candy, it's great. I hope my information can help others in my situation too.

Do you buy them in the grocery store or health food store...sounds like a great idea...that berry is supposed to be really good for you!

Acai Chews,

Thanks ladies for your response, I'll be glad to share about things I like. I actually found them online by word of mouth from a friend. They are a little purple, rectangular candy, they remind me of Now and Later candies from growing up. They have Acai powder in them, a sweetener that isn't sugar. It is suppose to be a diet supplement only because they help your appetite. My friend uses them as a diet supplement. I don't have a lot of time, I'll find the site for you and post it. Any more ?'s let me know, I'll share what I know.

Ok, here is more details after I researched where to get Acai Chews . They are a little expensive but after thinking about it I have chosen to do this to help me lose weight instead of paying for Jenny Craig, or another program. Compared to signing up for a diet program these are cheep. Most importantly to stop putting on weight because of my snacking. The two places I have found them are endlessmomentum.com, and Treebler.com

vacation this winter

So I'm totally excited to go to California this Dec.
It seems that I'm doing a lot better these days with my cravings, I don't take as many Acai Chews as I used to. It's great to feel healthier. My friend even commented about how my face looks thiner. Yea for me.
