Princess lunch/dinner

We are going to DL in July for the first time. I am going to call ahead and make reservations to eat lunch or dinner at Ariel's Grotto. Can I purchase those tickets online at a discount after making the reservations? I didn't know if that would be better than paying once we got there.
Thanks for the help!

There are no tickets to purchase, at least there wasn't the time we went there last but reservations are highly recommended as it does seem to be very popular. There is an 'indoor' and an 'outdoor' price for both adults and kids.
Adults- Indoor is $29.99 and Outdoor is $27.99 plus tax
Kids (3-9)- Indoor is $17.99 and Outdoor is $15.99 plus tax
This is as of this past Feb or Mar.
Isn't it a marvel that Disney considers kids 10 and over an Adult? Just when a kids gets to be of the age the they can eat you out of house and home some say, "Hey, that is no longer a child but is an Adult." Hahaha

Actually you have two options:

1. Make a reservation and then pay at the restaurant.
2. Gototravel, spell check, sells vouchers for the princess dining. You buy the character meal voucher and pay a handling fee on your whole order. Take the voucher to the restaurant to use it to pay for the meal. You have to have reservations just like option 1.

I got to take mom for free to Goofy's Kitchen and sent someone a pair of free kids meal vouchers. I got the free meals for joining Visa Rewards.
