It's ok. I'd rate it better than Red Lobster, but I don't think highly of that restaurant. They have a nice big adult drink served in a fishbowl! It's a convenient place to grab a meal.
If you are in the area, I would do Bubba Gumps or one of the other restaurants at the Garden Walk.

We had a Joe's here and I didn't find it to be anything special. I didn't even think it was above Red Lobster, but that's just my opinion.

Joe's Crab Shack is owned by Landry's which owns Chart House, Yak & Yeti, Rainforest Cafe, and T-Rex. They have the same menu around the country and follow typical Landry's restaurant management. Eaten there once that I can remember and it was not that great. Now like some seafood I have had in my life.

Parker's Lighthouse is one place I rather eat than the crab shack. Bubba Gump has a simple menu and I think is better food quality.

Joe's is one of my favorites and whenever I'm travelling I look for one, because they don't exist in New England. That's the only bad thing I have to say about it!

We have Joe's here and it's a popular stop when we do a fundraiser night there for DD's school. But, I think that Bubba Gump's over in the Garden Walk (around the corner from DLR) would be a better bet. I just love the theme so much! Though most Joe's have a playground for the kids....

Darn Heather, here I am agreing with you. Given the fact that we have eaten at both Joe's and Bubba's and that in fact Bubba's is closer, I too would pick Bubba's over Joe's. In fact we're going to be spending Jul 17-18 and 19 at DLR and will be eating at Bubba's on the 17. To us, the food does not compare between the two places, nor the 'food valve $$$'. Bubba's is several notches above.

We have a Joe's here and while I like the party attmosphere (when you have a
group) the food is a little better than Red Lobster IMHO.

Funny but I'm sitting here with a Joe's Crab Shack shirt on.

I'm really liking the Garden View center that opened up within walking distance of DLR. Ate there a couple weeks at the CA Pizza Kitchen. APs get a 20% discount off the bill! And I'll be eating at Roy's soon. At there in Dallas, and really liked it. I plan to go there at the end of July, when I do my DLR mini trip. Actually, a lot of good AP discounts there.

I agree with Heather, too. Prefer Bubba Gump's over Joe's Crab Shack, but I know the latter has its fans.
