Napa Rose Recommendations

My husband and I are going to Disneyland to celebrate our 8-year wedding anniversary next week. We have got dinner reservations at Napa Rose, which I've always wanted to try (ever since I saw Samantha Brown talking about it on her Top 10 Disney Picks: Video Detail : Video & Photos! Any suggestions for what we MUST order for entrees, desserts, etc? Anything we should skip?

Thanks!

We wrote about our fabulous meal at Napa Rose in our "First Christmas Back" trip report. Or you can go to this link on our blog.

We had the chef's vintner's menu with wine pairings - and that changes every Friday night. It was absolutely incredible! Samantha is right - this IS the best Disney restaurant. I couldn't believe it could top WDW restaurants so we had to try it. And we agree with her.

Can't wait to go back again.

Mmmmmm! Your blog made my mouth water! I was thinking maybe we'd have dinner and then head back to the park for a bit since we'll be without the kids and can stay out late for a change. But I think after all that wine we'll never make it back! Thanks for sharing!

The menu changes every 3-4 months but the vinters menu is just wonderful. You can't go wrong and your servers have great advice most all have worked there since opening. Our favorite, left ( poe)

Napa Rose is like any restaurant in that you should choose what sounds good to you. Menus do change and what someone recommends may be out of season.

Get the Chef's Table which is a counter for 8 people. He will talk with you and make a meal that is to your liking. I heard that one person said she loved cheese so he made her a special cheese plate that for her was to die for. What ever you order will be fresh and delicious.

Sounds like you had a wonderful meal - so happy for you. We were thinking about the chef's counter for another time.

We just returned and we ended up eating in the Napa Rose Lounge and then served dessert out on the patio and had after dinner drinks - fabulous - and just as wonderful as the restaurant itself.

We just finished the report on our two4disney blog.
