You may be correct with that statement about being in the park more. Being a Premium Annual Passholder and living only 92 miles south of DLR, I make the trip at least once a month if not twice. It also helps that I am retired as well.

Just once a month? If I had a way to get my scooter to the parks in a van I would be there weekly if not more often, lol. Actually San Diego is east of me.

That is not too hard to belive as San Diego is also east of Disneyland, LOL, and Reno, NV. LOL. I'm just glad we're EAST of the Pacific Ocean. LOL
I would go weekly as well if I lived closer but 92 miles away and what with the price of gas, once a month, maybe twice, is about all I can afford, what with being retired and all. Where do you live?

I live in Norwalk and a 15 minute drive or over an hour on buses. I keep hoping to get a lift on my car but she is so old and the brakes would not take it probably.

I always make ADR's regardless how busy the park is. It's a lot easier to get an ADR's in DLR/DCA.

I always do, but unless you want Napa Rose or Blue Bayou you are probably okay not too. However I think it really depends on the month you are there. I would recommend it, but if you are not a planner and you are going during a slow time of year your going to be okay for the most part. If you go during the busy time of year, on holidays, or have a large family your going to most likely be out of luck.

Have a great time no matter what you decide.

I was just about to ask about ADR's when I found this thread! Thanks for all the tips.
Disneydeva - my sister in law lives in Hyde Park VT, and I think that might be relatively close to you. I think we went to Morrisville once. Small world!

We will be there Tuesday - Friday.
We're monthly regulars to DLR and in fact we're going to be there this weekend, Fri-Sun, and we made ADR's for our meals just to ease our minds that either way, busy or not, we will have a place to sit at the hour of our choice and the place of our choice. lol. I love surprises but not when it comes time to eat, if you know what I mean.
