Tell me what sit down restaurants you love. It will be DH, DS9 and me. I need 3 sit down meals. No character meals. Thinking that I will make late lunch reservations to keep costs under control. Right now the only thing I can think of is lunch at Blue Bayou.
The lunch at the Blue Bayou is definitely worth doing for the atmosphere. We also love Napa Rose and had a great meal at Wine Country Trattoria on our last trip.

I love Storytellers Cafe (in the Grand Californian) for both lunch and dinner. Lunch is off the menu. Dinner is either off the menu or buffet. I have never had a bad meal there.

Naples at DtD is very reasonable and FUN! Request a table downstairs so you can watch them toss the dough. A family size pizza and drinks is almost too much food!
Naples is our absolute favorite place to eat at DLR! DH and I always eat pizza, but on our trip in February, DS10 ordered the lasagna and it was AMAZING! Even better than Tutto Italia, and that's saying alot!!
Storyteller's is also good (corn chowder = ).
Blue Bayou is worth the experience if you've never been there before, but the food didn't blow me away. I was not a huge fan of Wine Country Trattoria either. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't as good as I had hoped.
A surprise hit of our trip last year was Tortillo Jo's in DTD if you like Tex-Mex.

Sorry to Hijack!! Can you say why Tortillo Jos was such a hit? We always want to try it but end up at Naples...having AP's we are at DL alot and looking for a good inexpensive meal options. TIA!

As you'll read in my review, it wasn't perfect, but it was overall a good meal and certainly the best Tex-Mex I've eaten outside of Texas. We'll definitely go back, but I hear you about being pulled in by Naples!! It's so good!

Agreed. Last time I was there the service was extremely poor. The lines at the door would have been nil if there service was quicker. Not that I want to dine and run, but people still would like to experience the park and get on with their Disney vacation. Of course, that was years ago, so hopefully things have changed.
While I luv the BB atmosphere, I always get catch a cold after eating there, as does my mom. It most be the damp surroundings... Next time I'm loading up on Vitamin C before eating there!
