30 days is right! I wouldn't worry too much--make your World of Color package reservations at 30 days, but unless you are traveling at a busy time, the rest are pretty easy to secure!
Dining Reservations
Plan ahead and you may be able to save time waiting for a meal. Reservations may be arranged at many restaurants by contacting Disney Dining up to 60 days in advance.
To request a reservation, please chose an option:
Call Disney Dining at (714) 781-DINE (3463)
Email reservation request to dine@disneyland.com
Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call or email.
FYI - it doesn't always seem to be 60 days. I've been making ours for April, and as another poster confessed, I too jumped the gun. I called at 60 days, but they actually calculate it by the calendar date. For example, if you are making a reservation for 4/15, you can make it on 2/15, 4/16 would be 2/16 etc. Hope this makes sense!
