Where is the Alamo office in DTD?

I was looking to rent a car for one day and I found the Alamo office in DTD. I couldn't find a map or a place that shows where it is! Where is the Alamo office in DTD?

If I walked there from the Desert Inn across from DL, is that DTD location closer or should I go for the office on 711 W. Katella?

The So Cal/Disneyland PP indicates that it is adjacent to the AMC Movie theaters. From Desert Inn, it is across the front of DL/CA almost the entire way to the DL Hotel. (If my memory is correct it and the WD Travel Company are on the W side of the theater building).

The Katella Office is about a 5-10 minute walk (mapquest indicates it is a mile).

The DTD is marginally closer than the Katella office.

Thanks for the info! Is DTD open before 7 am? I'm picking up the car right when the office opens in the morning. I recall DTD had the security checkpoint. If DTD isn't open, I assume I can take the longcut around the Grand Californian?

As far as I know you can walk through. There might be security even that early

I saw the office on our last trip after I had rented a car from the airport for the whole week. I only drove the car twice. Yeah it was one of those waste of money moments. Well, know that I know there is a office right there we are going to get a car there. I was curious to know where you pick the car up at and return it?

Since you are staying at the Desert Inn just go straight on through the Esplanade or whatever its called and go through Downtown Disney. All of that is open to the public in there. You can go walk around the hotels and Downtown Disney at that time. Most of the shops won't be open but it is open to the public free of charge.

I assume the Alamo office has parking spaces at DTD that have their fleet of cars, much like car rental offices at hotels have. When you return the car, you just pull it up into an open parking spot and hand in your keys.
