| SWA Rocks! I'm a convert. For Feb vacation we flew from Bradley to LAX and we flew SWA for the first time. The trip was awesome. Their new boarding procedure rocks. There were no delays, several of our flights were EARLY! The price was right as well and who wouldn't love getting a credit when the price goes down with no hassles. Wonderful customer service as well. I highly recommend SWA! |

| I know! We have started flying Southwest from Phoenix to DL pretty regularly. Most of the time we pay $59 each way. Recently I saw a fare drop from $59 to $48 for our April trip for the exact same flight. I quickly rebooked and got that credit on my account. I totally love their new boarding procedures. It is so nice not to have to stand in a line for an hour plus.

| I love the internet deals they offer! A long time ago, years in fact, they were not all that great...in fact, we referred to them as SouthWORST but they have changed and so we have converted to SWA fans too!
