Another Super Shuttle Question

My son and his family (5 total) will be flying into either LAX or SNA in April for a trip to DL, staying at Paradise Pier Hotel. If they use the Super Shuttle, do they charge the same rate for kids as they do adults? I'm seeing the current price as $16 per person for the first and additional passengers. The kids are 8, 6 and 4. Any discounts for kids, or for a family?
The good thing is that there would be room for only 2 more people in the van so there would be only 2 stops maximum before they reach their hotel.

Would this be the most cost efficient way for them to get to the hotel?
Thanks.

Children over 3 cost the same as an adult.

Well Phooey! I guess if they take up a seat, they get charged the full amount. Makes sense. But still, phooey!
Thanks, Duct Addict.

For a family of five renting a car might be more economical (I know it is for our family of 5), but then you've got traffic and directions in an unfamiliar place. The Resort Bus operated by Grayline runs on a schedule and you travel on a big comfy bus. Last time we used it, it was a few dollars a person less than supershuttle, but we've found supershuttle to be generally faster, since they just fill up and go. That's just based on our personal experience, though.

We used Super Shuttle in Aug from LAX to DL. We were a group of 6 & decided to go with their private van option. The cost wasn't much different for a large group & we went directly to our destination no extra stops.

Looks like the Super Shuttle private van might work best for them, even if it's not the cheapest. Thanks, everyone.
Oh, and Duck Addict, I'm sorry I spelled your name wrong.
