As far as I can tell, it is a bonus under a current Walt Disney Travel Company promotion and only available to those booking packages to DL through them. I suspect the vouchers are dated with the trip dates (similar items I have gotten with packages in the past had a date on them).

they expire on a specific date. i want to say it's like 1/31 of the following year, but i'm not 100%. they're not tied to the vacation date though.

I'd love to wrangle some myself. We loved doing this on our January trip, but didn't book a package this time around. Let me know if you find some! Both times I've had them, they weren't tied to a specific date, they were just a coupon. We've had good luck using our preferred seating coupons on later trips as well.

Thanks for the replies. I own DVC so I'm using points and didn't book a package so no chance of vouchers. We've never been to DL so I hope its not really important to have MTTM vouchers.

i've seen it a few times, the last being in May of last year. they had made some changes i wasn't thrilled with and it had become obscenely more popular.

if you were to skip the ceremony, the plus is you have an hour in toontown with a very small percentage of people which makes things like gadget's go coaster a walk on (otherwise it's usually a 30+ minute wait and it's all of like 45 seconds). you can also 'breeze' through Mickey and Minnie's homes and play around. as of the last time I was there, they do close the homes just prior to the ceremony though as Mickey and Minnie do meet & greets in their respective doorways (Donald and Goofy also do meet & greets by their boat/home).
