| 2008 Candlelight Processional Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question. I would like to find out approximately when the dates for the 2008 Candlelight Processional will be announced. I have been looking at past history and it always seems to be the first Saturday and Sunday in December. We are visiting December 1st through December 5th, so I think we will miss it! Thanks for any information. It is appreciated!

| Historically, the Candlelight Processional dates and speakers are annouced sometime in July. When they are released, I am sure someone will post about it in the forums and it is on Deb's Unofficial Walt Disney World Vacation Information Guide - WDW Planning Guide - Walt Disney World as well. | They announce the dates the first week of July, I think. The actual performances start right after the Thanksgiving weekend. It's fun and such lovely music. Eileen PS - don't get me started on "Ol' Flame Head" though!

| My apologies to Kathy! She was talking about the Candlelight Processional at DL, not WDW. So, if anyone knows when they release the dates at Disneyland, please advise.

| My apologies, I thought it was WDW  From what I've been able to find, tickets (for the dining package) would go on sale in November some time, with the expected first shows of December 6th and 7th

| Thanks for the information you were so kind as to find for me Colexis Mom. Unfortunately, we will be leaving for home on December 5th (unless there is a way we can add on a day or bump our reservations forward by a day). I have gathered from some historical information regarding the Disneyland Candlelight Processional that the dining packages are very hard to get, so we would probably just view the processional from the street. Thanks once again for the information. You always seem to answer many questions I have had in the past and I appreciate it!

| I don't believe it was even open to the public last year. I think it was by invitation only. That's the info from Disney when we checked on it last year.

| We were at DL for Christmas 2007, and I don't think it was there. I thought I did enough research and we were there a couple of nights. I'd like to know though. Hate to know I missed it.

| I believe it was open to annual passholders only (dinner package). When tickets went on sale online, it was a mad house. Only a small percentage of those who wanted tickets were able to get them. That being said, you can still watch the processional in the standing area towards the back. |
