| Treat myself? I am sure you are all sick of hearing about me running in the DLR 1/2 marathon. Just one more post, I promise. If I am able to finish the race I wanted to treat myself to something special, Disney style. Any suggestions on something special I could do/buy for myself? My hubby has said money is not an issue for this treat, so go wild with ideas. ![]()

| OH! If it were me, I would be spending some much deserved time at the Mandarin Spa at the Grand Californian! Just think of those tired sore muscles of yours being pampered.... Mandara Spa at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa

| Sorry, Jen! I just now saw this post! ![]() I agree with Debbie . . . a trip to the spa to get a massage or some other sort of serious pampering post-race would be a great way to treat yourself! ![]()

| Pampering is nice, but do you want something to remember this accomplishment? I'd go into the Disneyana store, maybe check out one of the limited Dave Avenzino pieces or one of the others I've been coveting. It's dangerous to go into that store when DH is in a really good mood!

| Those are all great ideas!! I knew you guys would come up with some great stuff!! Your suggestions about art reminded me of something. In DTD in WDW in The Art of Disney store they had a disney artist doing kind of custom one of a kind drawings of characters. I wonder if they might do a "running" mickey and I could get it all framed up? The artist there told me they had a shop in DLR on main street? Do you know if that is the case? Maybe I can get something like that AND a massage...hmmm?

| That's the Disneyana store! Or right next door to it.... I just don't know if they are only there at certain times or it there's always an artist sitting there....
