| I am so glad all the stress and training paid off. I finished my race in the time alloted and got my medal. It was very cool. We ran through DCA and the DLR before opening and saw tons of characters! They did a great job of having tons of CMs all over to greet us and cheer us on. At the end we ran through DCA one more time just before the finish and through were so many people telling us we were almost to the end and to keep it up to the end. Of course Mickey and Minnie and Donald and Daisy and Goofy were at the finish too. The weather was great, it cooled off some today and was overcast for the first half of the race. I will say I wanted to collapse at mile 11-13 but I made it. Thanks to everyone for the support and tons of pixies.

| Congrats on finishing. I run a 1/2 marathon in May at Indianapolis each year and it always feels great to finish. I look for races that have something unique in them. The Indy race lets you run on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (I love auto racing so to run on that track is really cool). I was thinking of doind the 1/2 at WDW this Jan since we will be there at that time but it was already full. I think it would be really cool to run through the parks. Congrats again. Now you get to plan for your next race.

| It was a half marathon so 13.1 miles and you have 3 and a half hours to finish. They had a 5K as well the day before and a bunch of cute kiddo races too.
