Re: What is the name

Dawn - that's not what I meant. The travel planner group they have at DL that will make all your ressies for you - without you having to call for tours and dining... I wasn't sure if that's just for a package or all DL resort guests.

Vacation Planning Services, (714) 300-PLAN. open to guests of the 3 disneyland hotels, not necessarily packages (and remember, packages don't necessarily include a disneyland hotel either)

Re: What is the name

Terri,
Let us know how it works, time frame for calls, were you happy with results, etc. I'm thinking about using them for our trip in June.

I used them for some birthday party stuff and if I remember correctly I called about 5 months prior to our arrival. I then checked back with them about a week before we left and everything was ok.

Thanks, Susan! I'll probably start on this after our Christmas trip to the World.

Re: What is the name

I called a couple of weeks ago since I'd be out of town when we hit the 60 day mark for making PSs. I told the CM what meals I wanted on which days at which times. When I returned from my vacation, I had an email with all my times, etc. It was easy! She also offered to book tours, Fantasmic! seating and special event celebrations (birthdays and stuff) for me. What a great service.
