| Formaly The Pond... Question I hope someone here will be able to answer. I am thinking of going to a Anahiem Mighty Duck game my last night of the Disneyland trip. Of course they play in the Honda Arena formaly known as The Pond. I believe I remember reading that it is close to Disneyland, close enough to walk. Anyone know if this is true? |

| I don't recall it being that close. I know it's in Anaheim... do a "google map search" for both, and it should give you the distance. Also, I'm not sure I'd walk in that area... the area around Disneyland used to be pretty questionable. |

| It is a pretty good walk from DL (3.5 miles down Katella Ave.). You could take a bus (#205) from the main bus/shuttle area at DL to the stop at Harbor Blvd./Katella Ave. . . . then take the #50 from that stop to the Katella/Douglass stop, which appears to be just outside of the parking/property area of Arrowhead Pond (or should I say, the Honda Center. ) --- the same route back, reversed . . . #50 to Katella/Harbor and #205 from Katella Harbor to the DL transportation area. It'll take about 20 minutes give or take a few, based on how quick the next bus comes, and it will cost $1.25 each time you board (so, $5 total), but it may be worth doing that, than to walk another 3.5 miles. Unless you WANT to walk that far. ![]() You could also cab it over . . . but that is liable to cost a bit more, even though you aren't going TOO too far away.

| I wouldn't walk it. It's about 5 miles, and it's through really busy city areas. It's a really easy drive, but I wouldn't feel safe walking.
