Do tell about your plan....
BTW, have to comment on your photo! Priceless! We didn't even make a dent in our sink!

We didn't really, either. I don't think we got too much past the whipped cream! But my DD ate every cherry on the thing!! That little girl with brown hair was sitting next to us (we didn't know her), but she and her mom were making comments like they wanted to eat our leftovers!!

As far as my little plan, I am thinking of making a suprise trip to DLR for NYE (not telling DD ), but I just hate it when it's super crowded. But I am dying to ride the subs!

]If you are wanting to ride the subs, be prepared for anywhere from 1 1/2 hour to a 3hour wait. The last 4 times my wife and I have gone, since they re-opened, that is about how long the line has been. Being handicapped, we go in thru a different enterance, it has taken us about an hour. Must admit, it is good to have the subs back in operation however.

I like the post of the evening events. That is really nice to see. We will be there, but I'm not sure what we will be doing. We've got little ones.

Mary and I are going to be there Dec 30th, 31st and Jan 1st, staying at the Disneyland Hotel. Maybe those who are going to be there at the same time should consider maybe meeting up at a certain time/place and introduce one another. What is everyones feeling on this?

This year, we will once again be staying at the Disneyland Hotel but not sure which park will find us come New Years Eve.

We will be at the Disneyland Hotel the 30 - 2nd too! And as far as sleep is concerned, it is like I tell my kids: you can sleep when you are dead! My theory is that we will be up past midnight on new years eve at DL and then sleep in (kind of) to be at opening at DCA the next morning.

I once swore that I would never, ever go to a Disney park during that week, but I had to experience it at least once!

Well I went a couple years ago, I think 2005? And it was so crowded only passholders were being let in and they still had to open the staff areas for the guests to travel in because of fire codes. We got there around 6 at night and by then it was packed and we were stuck in the dull, undecorated staff section all night because the park itself was just packed, we did manage to go on two rides though Have fun and enjoy. If you plan on getting a good fireworks spot be there
VERY early and ready (food, water, another person if you have to go to the restroom)

GOOD LUCK!!

Two more days! We are so excited! Anyone else excited?!?!?!
Does anyone know if the 31st is an early entry day?
It's going to be an exhausting, but fun, day!

Well, just about 12 hours from now, my DW and I will be on the road up to DLR for New Years. If anyone sees a guy riding a red ECV up there, that could be me and my DW. Hope everyone has a ball. Be safe and have a great New Years Eve.
See you all 'next' year.
