I was 9 and it was 1974 4th of July. And it was just as PACKED and blazing HOT back then as it would be today. Kinda funny, I vowed even then "I hate crowds and heat I will NEVER do this again!!" We had fun but wow what a day.

1959...and I was 9 months old. My aunt had a home movie (you know the ones, with the sprokets, etc) of my Grandfather carrying me through Main Street. Ah I remember it well! My next trip to DL was in 2005 and I was a lot older!

We haven't made it to DL, so I'll be over 50 before that happens, but we will make it. This is the park that Luke and I grew up dreaming of going to.

I can't ask my parents, because both are deceased now , but I know it was when I was a baby...so 1970-1971 timeframe. I grew up in San Diego, less than a 2 hr drive, so we used to go once a year at least.

I was born in a city that is about 30 minutes from Disneyland and grew up about an hour away. Disneyland is only a year older than I am. So I don't remember my FIRST time. But a trip to Disneyland was something we did once a year. I vaguely remember the original Tomorrowland.

After we moved away from California, I could probably tell you EXACTLY how many times and what years I went back.

My first trip to Disneyland was in 1981 or 1982- I was 6 for sure. You know, I don't remember a darn thing about the park, I just remember the drive there, the swimming pool at our hotel, and driving home and playing with the few souvenirs we bought. Gasp* as soon as I wrote that I had a little memory pop into my head of walking around the shop to buy said souvenirs. Weird- Anyway, the next trip was in 99 for, literally, 4 hours, with my dh, ds, and dd. So, I will consider my first memory makin' full experience, thrilling trip to Disneyland to be Oct. of 06 with dh, our 5 little ones, my mil, & my sil. That trip got me hooked. This could easily become an addiction

I don't remember my first trip - I think I was under 5 - but the first trip I remember I was 5 or 6. That was about 35 years ago! All I really can remember was taking the tram back through the parking lot and holding on tight to my new, stuffed baby donald duck. I remember being very tired, but happy. Nothing but good memories - always!

It was in 1995 when I was 14 years old. My dad lived in CA at the time and he took us to Disneyland when we were visiting him for Thanksgiving.

I can't remember the first trip or probably the first 4-5 trips since my parents started taking me when I was a bun in the oven! I have an older brother who is 7 years older then me and they moved to Ca via the Navy and started going once a year. I have been to DL every year my entire life...I have continued the tradition with my kids and love it! This year will be my first year to not go to DL but that's alright with me since we will be going to WDW for the very first time so it's okay to miss DL this one year!

2001 - we went end of April. It was SO quiet that time. Each year we've gone back it's been busier and busier (same time of year).

My first trip was New Years Day 1967. I was 19 and had flown from JFK to LAX to visit my boyfriend (now DH), a Marine stationed @ Camp Pendleton. He surprised me with the trip to DL.

I was six months in my mama's womb the first time I went to Disneyland, so that would have been in 1957. My first memory is when I was 4 or 5 and we went on the rocket ship to the moon ride. I was so scared I cried the entire time sitting on my daddy's lap because I really thought we were going to the moon
