Disney.com ETickets

Has anyone used this? I was checking out prices on Disney.com, and I have never seen the ETicket feature before. How does it work? I would LOVE to buy the CA 2Fers, but I don't want any extra paperwork or anything , so I am trying to decide on whether to make a trip to Vons, or just pay for the ETickets at the normal rate and switch them out when we get to the gates. (Wow, could I have written a longer run-on sentence?? Sheesh)

We got our WDW Mickey's Xmas Party tickets online. Each ticket had its own code, so that once it is used, it can't be used again. I held onto them as tightly as I did my "regular" tickets, airline tickets, etc. as we travelled.

But I had no problem using them.....I would assume that this would work the same way. As long as you meet the requirements, you should be fine. But you would probably have to print out the ticket, which for me was a full sheet (x 6 people) and the Vons tickets might be "regular" size and fit into a wallet better.

Amy, we purchased ETickets for our trip in February. The tickets arrived via e-mail and each printed on a full sheet of paper. We simply brought them to the turnstiles and we were each given a ticket there. It was very easy

We just bought our APs online. They arrived via email, we printed them out, and next we'll have to go to the special processing center inside the park since they're APs and not regular tickets.

We used this for our last trip (regular tickets, not APs). It worked like a charm - printed them out, handed them over at the turnstile, and got regular tickets in exchange.

These tickets (on 8-1/2 X 11" sheet) are the easiest way to get your park tickets before getting to the park. You can purchase the tickets directly from the Disneyland website and avoid standing in line with everyone else who didn't have the foresight to get their tickets earlier!

I do have to warn you about getting your park tickets at the Disney Store--it can be a pain. I purchased my tickets a few weeks ago at my local Disney Store and found out while at the Disneyland turnstile that the Disney Store cast member didn't do something right and thus the park pass didn't work. Luckily I had my Disney Store receipt with me and went to Guest Relations to straighten things out. Sigh, that wasted precious time that I could have spent in the park! There are other retailers, like Safeway that sell the park passes, and the same problem can happen.

So I've found that purchasing the tickets from the website, printing it out and taking it to the turnstiles is the best way to go!

I purchased etickets for the Pirate and Princess Party at WDW last summer. Piece of cake. I folded each into thirds and kept them in the passpocket assigned for that day of our trip.
